Black Elk Group is a boutique commercial real estate development, investment and consulting company in Downtown Orlando founded by Helen Martinez in 2017. We leverage our technical expertise and our extensive professional network to deliver the best possible result for our partners and clients. Our areas of expertise include deal structuring, contract negotiation, due diligence, visioning, marketing and branding, and project management. We work with a select group of trusted individuals and companies and are dedicated to developing properties, relationships and communities of impact.
In collaboration with the Ustler Group of Companies and VelocityRED, Black Elk Group is working on several projects in Downtown Orlando and Central Florida including Creative Village master development, the Ustler/DEVEN Student Housing Project at Creative Village, Parcel M Apartments at Creative Village, a new apartment project at Florida Hospital Health Village and master planning/redevelopment of the former Florida Hospital site in downtown Apopka. Black Elk Group also seeks out new projects and strategic opportunities for the Ustler Group.
