Creative Village, Downtown Orlando
The Creative Village is a public/private partnership between the City of Orlando and Creative Village Development, LLC (CVD). CVD is master developer of the former Amway Arena site, a 68-acre mixed-use, transit oriented, urban infill project. Full build-out of Creative Village will take 15-20 years and represents over $1 billion in vertical development. CVD is a joint venture between Banc of America Community Development Corporation and a local team led by Ustler Development, Inc.
